Website Refresh Options for Mission-Focused Organizations
Our website refresh offerings are designed for mission-focused organizations that need clarity, credibility, and momentum — without overbuilding. Each option balances structure, storytelling, and execution differently. The right fit depends less on page count and more on content readiness, complexity, and goals. Please note that this page is shared privately following an introductory partnership conversation.
Evaluating Website Options:
The offerings below differ by structure, complexity, and execution, not just page count.
Each scope is intentionally defined to remain focused and sustainable.
The right option depends on readiness — not ambition.

A Note on Custom Scopes
In some cases, organizations fall between our Essential and Full Mission refresh offerings. When page count is limited but navigation, structure, or storytelling needs are more involved, we may recommend a custom, midpoint scope.

FAQs
The questions below outline how we work together and what to expect throughout the process.
When can we start?
1
Your kickoff meeting date is secured once your contract is signed and the initial payment is received. At that point, we’ll confirm next steps and the project kickoff timeline based on current availability.
What does the website transition look like at launch?
2
These processes are Squarespace-to-Squarespace rebuilds, which means your website will always remain live. Visitors will see either the existing site or the new site, with no downtime.
Final site migration typically occurs within 48–72 hours. Most launches take place on weekends or at a mutually agreed time to minimize disruption, though alternate timing can be accommodated when needed.
How much time is required from our team, and who should be involved?
3
Typical meeting cadence is as follows. We will not meet more than once per week.
Essential Website Refresh: 2 meetings (Kickoff & Final Draft)
Full Mission Website Refresh: 3 meetings (Kickoff, Midpoint & Final Draft)
Signature Website + Systems Alignment: 4–5 meetings (Kickoff, Midpoint, Systems & Final Draft)
To keep the work efficient and focused, we ask each organization to designate one primary decision-maker and one backup decision-maker, if needed. These individuals should attend all scheduled meetings and be empowered to provide feedback and approvals. This structure helps avoid delays and ensures clear, consistent decision-making.
What content and assets do we need to provide before we start?
4
Clients are responsible for providing finalized content, photos, and any impact or program data to be featured.
We refine and organize existing content for clarity, flow, and consistency, but full copywriting or content creation is not included unless explicitly scoped. Clear, prepared inputs allow us to focus on strategic execution rather than content development.
